New Year, New You! New Year, New View!

Well, I’m certainly taking that to heart as I say cheerio to the USA and hello to the UK this January. I’ll be teaching at the Florida State University London Study Centre for the 2022 Spring Semester. My courses are Nutrition Science and Food & Nutrition in the Media. It’s an incredible life challenge and an even more incredible honor to be returning to the FSU London Program. I was a student there in 1976!! Now I return to share what I’ve learned about nutrition and the media. I’m specializing in booking the best field trips and guest speakers to keep the students fascinated and on the move as we use the great city of London as our classroom.
